TERMS , CONDITIONS, POLICY FOR CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
General terms and conditions for booking a room in hotel WELA in Sunny Beach resort:
1. Room reservation
1.1. Room reservation is possible directly in the offices of the company, via the Internet, by e-mail: email@example.com or through travel agents.
2. Prices and payment
2.1. Prices are in EUR per person per day on a regular bed on ALL INCLUSIVE basis.
The price includes local taxes and VAT.
Use of pool, sunbed and umbrella is free of charge.
2.2. The payment is made in BGN or in EURO in cash or by bank transfer to our accounts at DSK BANK BIC: STSABGSF,
Account in BGN IBAN: BG17STSA93000024222624 and
Account In Euro IBAN: BG10STSA93000024222653.
2.3. Deposit. The amount of the deposit is not less than 50% of the price of the reservation requested. The user pays the deposit by confirming the reservation he made on-line using one of the possible ways of online payment:
- debit or credit card - we accept Visa or MasterCard;
Payment of a deposit for confirmation of reservation requested by e-mail can also be done by bank transfer.
2.4. The remaining unpaid no more than 50% of the price of the requested reservation will be paid before accommodation.
2.5. The rooms have minimum accommodation - minimum number of full payers, whether they are adults, children or babies and maximum number of people for accommodation.
Double Room - DBL, DBLSUP, DBLSUPPLUS - 2 adults + up to 2 extra beds;
Single Room - SGL, SGLSUP, SGLSUPPLUS - 1 Adult;
Junior Suite – JS - 3 adults + up to 2 extra beds;
Family Apartment - FA, FASUP - 4 adults + up to 2 extra beds;
Apartment / living room and bedroom / - A1 - 4 adults + up to 2 extra beds.
When a relevant number of full payers is executed , the following discounts for the extra beds are used:
babies up to 1.99 years old have a baby cot and are always free of charge;
1 child from 2.00 to 5.99 years - free of charge;
1 st child from 6.00 to 11.99 years - pays 6.00 euros per day;
2 nd child from 2.00 to 11.99 years - 50% discount from the regular price;
adult - 20% discount from the regular price.
3. Rights and obligations of the parties
3.1. The hotelier undertakes to provide the standard tourist services for a four-star category in Sunny Beach Resort paid by the User;
3.2. The hotelier has the right to renounce the accepted reservation without bearing any responsibility if the User fails to make the full payment within the specified time limits. The fact of payment is certified by a duly drawn up document. If the User has deposited but has not paid the full amount of the total booking price within the specified time limit, the deposit will not be refunded and shall be hold as a default for non-performance.
3.3. The user undertakes:
3.3.1. to pay in due time the value of the reservation made;
3.3.2. to observe the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the internal hotel order in Hotel WELA;
3.4. The user has the right within 30 days term prior to the date of arrival to transfer his rights and obligations on the made and prepaid reservation to a third party.
4. Liability of the parties
4.1. The hotelier is not liable to the User in case of force majeure such as: diseases, epidemics, natural disasters, strikes, military actions in the Republic of Bulgaria as well as in neighboring countries threatening the security of people, government decisions or any other unforeseen or insurmountable event of an extraordinary nature, incurred after a reservation, which can not be avoided by the hotelier and his counterparts in the good faith fulfillment of their obligations.
4.2. In case of cancellation of the reservation made by the User, the Hotelier will deduct from the prepaid deposit the following penalties, unless otherwise stated in the reservation - from the day following the day of reservation until the 30th day before the date of arrival 30% penalty from the final price of the reservation; from the 29th day before the arrival date to the date of arrival - 50% of the final price of the reservation.
4.3. The hotelier is responsible only for events occurred on the territory of the hotel and does not bear any liability to the User for any food and drink he has consumed outside the hotel's designated locations and for activities outside the hotel other than the usual ones for the hotel's premises.
4.4. The hotelier does not bear any liability for any User's claims that have not been announced from him during his stay at the hotel or have not been confirmed by the medical team servicing the hotel or are not clearly and unequivocally proven that they have occurred in direct link from guilty action or inactivity of Hotelier's employees.
4.5. The hotelier may seek liability by the User in case of an event occurring which may harm the personal dignity of the hotel staff, reputation or property of the hotel.
4.6. The hotelier is not liable and does not owe any compensation or damages if due to hooligan acts on the part of the user, performance of services were refused him or had to remove it entirely from the hotel's territory, this being documented by a protocol from the attendees officials or other tourists., this being documented by a protocol from the attendees officials or other tourists.
4.7. The hotelier is not responsible for services selected, self-organized and paid by the User during his stay at the hotel.
4.8. The hotelier is not liable for damages caused to the User during his / her vacation from criminal acts of third parties, including theft of belongings or user’s baggage. In such cases the hotelier assists the User in fulfilling the formalities for registration of the criminal act to the extent that it does not violate the usual tourist holiday of the other hotel guests.
4.9. The hotelier is not liable and does not compensate the User if he has refused the use of separate services or for any reason has deviated, failed to appear or is late after the announced time and therefore has not received any or other services.
4.10.The "free parking" option is possible until the available free parking spaces are exhausted.The "special requirements" option is performed at the possibility by the side of the hotel.
5. Disputes and claims
5.1. Any disputes about the performance of the services resulting from the reservation made shall be settled by mutual agreement of the parties. In case the agreement can not be reached , they will be referred to a competent Bulgarian court.
5.2. In case that during the stay at the hotel are found facts of non-performance or inadequate performance of the provided standard services, the User is obligated immediately and in writing to make his claim to the Hotelier and request and receive a document certifying the submission of the claim with a view to timely undertaking of measures that satisfy all interested parties.
5.3. The user agrees that the maximum final amount of compensation that could be claimed and paid by the Hotelier in cases of proven in a clear and categorical way damages for the User arising in the hotel's territory in direct connection with the guilty action or inactivity of Hotelier's employees, may not exceed 30% of the total amount of the reservation paid by the User.

Being a Personal Data Administrator for the provision of tourist services, Wela Tours Ltd meets all the requirements of the new regulation by collecting only data of the persons insofar as they are necessary for the rendering of the offered services and keeping them responsibly and legally. Wela Tours Ltd operates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council from 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Reason for collecting, processing and storing your personal data
Wela Tours Ltd collects, processes and stores your personal data in connection with the provision of tourist services, pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1 (b), Regulation (EC) 2016/679.
Purposes and principles of collecting, processing and storing your personal data
- When making a reservation for accommodation or making a request, you voluntarily provide your personal data. You should complete an online form that contains: name, email address, contact phone number. This information is required to process the request and complete the order (including sending an email to you for booking confirmation). Visiting and viewing our site does not require the submission of any personal data.
- Wela Tours Ltd. observes the following principles in the processing of your personal data: lawfulness, good faith and transparency, limitation of processing objectives, relevance to the purposes of processing and minimization of data collection, accuracy and timeliness of data, restriction of storage with to achieve the objectives, integrity and confidentiality of the processing, and to ensure an adequate level of security of personal data.
- When processing and storing personal data, Wela Tours Ltd can process and store personal data in order to protect its legitimate interests - fulfill its obligations to the National Revenue Agency, the Ministry of Interior and other state and municipal authorities.

1. The categories of personal data we collect when making an online reservation through the Administrator's website include:
• Name of person, email address and phone number;
• When selecting a payment method "Card payment" - credit card information (card type and number, cardholder name, date of validity and security code);
• Guests stay information, including arrival and departure date, special requests, service preferences (including room preference, transfer, parking and other special requirements);
