How to get to Wela Hotel

Hotel Wela is located in the northern part of Sunny Beach resort. If you wish, you can either get a taxi or rent a car. If you want to arrange transportation for you, please contact us:

What documents are required to check in and check out the hotel?

Every guest of the hotel must show a valid ID, passport or driver's license to register with the International.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The standard check-in time is 14:00, and the hotel room is to be released by 12 noon.

Is there parking? Is it paid?

The free parking is available until the places are exhausted. There is a paid parking in the hotel as well.

Is it allowed to enter the hotel with pets?

Pets are not allowed.

Do you have smoking rooms?

No cigarette smoke is allowed in the hotel rooms and apartments, but they all have terraces that smoking is allowed on.

Is mini bar included in the accommodation price?

The minibar in the room is not included in the accommodation price and is charged upon request at the reception, and the extra charge is payable.

Is there safe in the rooms?

All hotel rooms have a safe. Its use is extra paid.

Is there wireless internet in the rooms?

Yes, rooms have Wi-Fi, which is paid. The wireless network in and around the lobby bar is free of charge for all hotel guests.

What payment methods do you accept?

Guests of Wela Hotel can pay their bills both in cash and with credit cards.

Do you have a luggage room?

Yes, we have a luggage room free of charge for hotel guests.

Do you offer a child-care service?

Hotel Wela does not offer this service.

Do you offer baby cots for the rooms?

The hotel has baby cots upon request. Their use is free of charge.

Is there a hair dryer in the rooms?

Each room at hotel Wela has a hairdryer.

Is there a medical center at the hotel?

Hotel Wela has a medical center and 24 hour medical care.

How many restaurants do you have in Wela Hotel?

Hotel WELA offers 2 restaurants: WELA's main buffet restaurant, which offers daily breakfast, lunch and dinner and a Brunch restaurant offering fresh salads, snacks, snacks, pizzas, spaghetti, desserts and more.

Do I need a restaurant reservation?

No. The restaurants are open to every hotel guest.

Can I celebrate a special occasion at any of the restaurants in hotel WELA?

Yes, you can celebrate personal, corporate and special occasions in our restaurants. You can call for reservation and specify the details of Your event with our professionals who will take care of everything. You only have to have fun and celebrate.

If I am not a guest of the hotel, can I visit restaurants and bars in the hotel?

No. Only guests of Wela hotel can take advantage of the services of our restaurants and bars.

Do you offer a vegetarian menu?

Both restaurants at WELA hotel offer vegetarian specialties.

Do you offer room service?

Yes. You can dial the internal number from the phone in the room.

What is the working time of the night bar?

Our night bar works for guests between 22:00. And 05: 00h. Cocktails are available, refreshing summer drinks and prestigious sparkling wines. Sipping from the desired drink, our guests can play billiards, professional darts or watch one of the selected over 1000 TV satellite channels.

Do you offer a children's menu?

All restaurants in WELA hotel offer a children's menu.

Do you have a wine list?


Is smoking allowed in the restaurants and the bar?

All of our restaurants and bars have outdoor terraces, allowing guests to smoke while enjoying high-quality meals, drinks and splendid view.

Do you have an experience in organizing events?

We have established traditions in the organization of prom balls, conference events, wedding celebrations and others.

Do you have rooms with two separate beds?

All of our hotel rooms have twin beds.

Do you provide parking for the participants? Is it paid?

We have our own parking lot. For all guests and participants in conferences and events the parking will be available free of charge.

Do you offer a transfer for guests at the event?

We have the possibility to provide a transfer according to predefined parameters.

Are the spa, transfers and excursions extra paid?

Yes, all these services are paid extra.

Can we put advertising materials in front of the hall during the event we organize?

Yes of course. You can use the places specified for that.

Can you provide us with a place for registration?

Yes, of course - we have the opportunity to separate the place for registration in front of the hall you will use.

Do we have the opportunity to invite our company to provide the technical equipment for our event?

Yes, of course you can invite your contractor.

Is there availability coffee breaks to be loaded into the conference room not in the lobby?

Yes of course. We would only like to inform us in advance.
